Do you need a POPI Manual & Compliance Toolkit? The Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013), became effective on 01 July 2020 with a one-year grace period granted by the South African Information Regulator in order to be ready to implement POPI by 01 July 2021.

POPI applies to all business and legal entities, whether owned by individuals, companies, partners, sole proprietors, close corporations, NGOs/PBOs, associations and business trusts, including dormant entities. External Officer rates  (6 month contract) 1st month’s instalment included, thereafter billed monthly based on Business turnover

• R5-R10m – R3500pm
• R10-R30m – R5500pm

• R100-R250m – R15000pm
