The information required to set up your SimplePay account:

Your company’s registered details
All Employees’ basic information
All Employees’ income, deductions, and employment type information
Opening balances (unless we are starting from March in the current financial year)

We can help you set up your payroll by:

Assistance with setting up your SimplePay account and profile
Requesting and recording all the required company and employee info
All employees’ medical aid and retirement annuities information and contributions
Recording of information from March to ensure a full tax year is covered in the software (this will assist with the SARS employer annual reconciliations)
Set up self-service access for your employees, to receive their payslips in their Inbox request/approved leave requests
Integrating SimplePay into Xero or provide you with the manual journal template if using other accounting software
Providing a 60-minute training session to show you how to:
add a new employee
adjust an employee’s basic salary
approve or record a leave day
how to create templates for deductions, income or benefits
