Do your need a cheap accountant/bookkeeper or an accountant that adds value to your business?

Some people are totally price conscious and always look for the cheapest deal, but the truth is in the saying: “What you pay is what you get”…or even better, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

At The Accounting Team we could strive to become the cheapest, but that would mean sacrificing on one of our core values in not giving the client the standard of service that we strive to provide.

At The Accounting Team we pride ourselves in providing the client with a level of service that adds value to their business. We can do this in many ways, but we prefer to mainly save them time and to reduce their stress levels.

To add value to a clients’ business is to access their current processes, taking into account how long it takes them. We then show them our alternative methods and how much time (and as a result money) we can save them. By having a look at the time consumption as current, we are in a position to provide them with ways on how they can utilise this saved time in so many better ways. Our systems can also help them reduce stress levels and therefore enjoy their lives more.

By deducting our costs from the supposed saving in time, equals the value we have added to their business and lifestyle. At this point they realise that they do not need a cheap accountant – they need a GOOD accountant who is there to help them maximise their profits within the legal frameworks.

So, the question remains….. ‘What is your time worth?’
